The unit was as I expected. The (super pack) was missing any coco hair blocks. I reported this to your team and a few days later 2 blocks arrived in the mail. The advertisement said it included 5 bricks of coco hair. I suspect the remaining product will arrive soon. Unit appears to be everything advertised otherwise. Have not installed it yet but plan to do so next week.

So far so good! Really seems as great as people say. Only complaint so far (a week) is that the instructions are a little lacking. A diagram of how to set up the vent through a wall would have been handy for people like me with no experience doing things like this. Their YouTube page is virtually useless too. Anyway, excited to see how it works over time!
